python15 and zope25 are on the chopping block

Folks,

I'm planning on removing python15 and zope25 in two weeks unless I hear
some strong opposition.

I'd like to get rid of python21 soon, but there are a few other things
standing in the way.  zope25 is by far the largest obstacle, though.

If you're going to miss either python15 or zope25, speak up now (and
please cc me on any replies).
