Log messages in doc/CHANGES
in the past, the log messages in doc/CHANGES have been almost
free-format. Starting with today, pkglint parses the CHANGES files to
detect the situation when a package is being downgraded, for example
from 1.003000 to 1.7.
Before committing this new feature, I fixed some obvious typos in
CHANGES-2008. I also noticed that mk/misc/developer.mk doesn't enforce a
particular wording (like always requiring "Updated" but not allowing
"Update" or "Updates".) Shouldn't we change that, so that the file gets
more uniform? Also, what's the difference between "Renamed" and "Moved"?
Do we need both?
