Yes, pkgsrc framework will create PLIST from .packlist automatically.
For wip/p5-HTML-CalendarMonthSimple, just define
  PERL5_PACKLIST=auto/HTML/CalendarMonthSimple/.packlist
For wip/p5-Spread, just rm PLIST.
