I guess the start is in the manpage, so put it there. Some simple cut'n'paste ready instructions would be a good start.
Right now the whole goo around download-vulnerability-list and audit-packages needs more work in base before it's worth writing extensive documentation - at least an easy way to do this on an automatic base every night.
