update to heimdal-1.1

Hello,

The attached patch updates security/heimdal
to version 1.1.  Anyone have any issues with it?
If not, can this be committed and dependencies
bumped?  I did this because I noticed
security/sudo does not build with the 'kerberos'
option on NetBSD-current due to an outdated
version of heimdal.
