Hi!

Subversion's options are now "apache22 apr1 serf" and
anyone is not enabled by default.

But PKG_APACHE_DEFAULT=apache22 now.  It is too bad.
Default options should be refrected by PKG_APACHE.
(But can't include mk/apache.mk for the purpose,
  since no need to depend on apache.)
