Replying to myself: here is the solution:

LDFLAGS+=	-Wl,-dylib_file -Wl,/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/A/Libraries/libGL.dylib:/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/A/Libraries/libGL.dylib

It is not pretty but does the job:
