The problem is that the configure script doesn't find neXtaw.  Given
that xaw.b3.mk doesn't do any wrapper transformations, I'm not
surprised.  Should I teach it about name mangling? ;)  I ask only
because I figure there might've been a reason why this wasn't done in
the first place.
