I *think* I chose SHAREOWN at the time because INSTALL_DATA and
INSTALL_DATA_DIR in bsd.pkg.mk use SHAREOWN:SHAREGRP.

If it's bogus to use them, why do we have so many *OWN variables? Most
of them seem to be set to the "root" user.

Anyway, as it does not work right now, I am going to revert your change
back to "destdir".
