Without py-setuptools the additional header files do not appear in the
installed package.

This is the second time I see the presence/use of py-setuptools cause
strange things to happen ( see my problem with py-mysqldb in
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-users/2007/05/01/0009.html).

Is pkgsrc responsible for this or is py-setuptools completely broken?

I think I wish it to be the former because we could probably fix this...
