Might we want to use CONF_FILES, EGDIR et. al. with modular xorg and
have a centralized mk file with [default] definitions?  I don't like
how the server (and some other applications) install configuration
files to $(libdir).  IMHO, this should be handled per the usual pkgsrc
specifications.

I did some work on this a long time ago, but don't have it any longer.
 I found the ``xenocara'' tree in OpenBSD's CVS a useful guide for
finding the packages that need explicit, non-default settings.
