Joerg pointed out to set EMUL_ARCH=i386 for amd64, and that still gives
some errors installing the suse100_32_base pkg:

=> Automatic manual page handling
=> Generating post-install file lists
=> Running POST-INSTALL script actions
suse32_base-10.0nb4: rebuilding run-time library search paths database
./+ROOT_ACTIONS: cannot
create /var/db/pkg/suse32_base-10.0nb4/+ROOT_ACTIONS_done: directory
nonexistent chmod: /var/db/pkg/suse32_base-10.0nb4/+ROOT_ACTIONS_done: No
such file or directory

Please fix... thanks.
