During an update of my pkgsrc tree I came across this conflict:

                -e "s|@MAKE@|${MAKE_PROGRAM}|"  ${FILESDIR}/host.def > \

It's still not clear to me why my change (IMAKE_MAKE) is _not_ the
correct fix. Imake processes host.def, so the "make"-program used should
be IMAKE_MAKE, IMO.
