The intended use case for the default scripts is a bulk build. For that,
I strongly recomment setting up a second prefix with pbulk and possible
other essential tools. For "normal" builds similiar to pkg_chk, the
cleaning phase can be mostly skipped or replaced by a single
pkg_delete -r "*".
