x11/Xrandr will be removed. But I don't know the timeline for that.

It is the old xlibs version of the libXrandr library. I think all packages 
already use the x11/libXrandr/ instead -- which points to 
x11/Xrandr/ when not "modular" X11_TYPE.

p.s. When I proposed to commit the components long ago, I tested 
using the new components and removing the old, unmaintained "xlibs" 
packages. I was told not to proceed.
