Don't get me wrong, you are doing great things and a lot of big
changes, and have plans for even bigger ones. I'm grateful for your
work, and I am not criticizing the pace of your work.

What I am criticizing is your style of communication. ``Don't do
that, I plan to change that area anyway'' is not very infromative for
someone not familiar with your plans. And being familiar with your
plans is hard to acomplish, given the lack of design proposal and
documentation your projects exhibit.

Just saying ``don't change, it'll go away'' might be acceptable if
your changes went in during the next week. But, understandbly, your
projects take longer than that. So you can't expect others to hold
off development waiting for them.

Please take the time to state what your objections are -- it took
you all of two lines to make me see why the proposed change was
problematic.
