Hello,

I realized what was causing the build errors with pkgsrc gettext-tools
on NetBSD; when libiconv is built, locale_charset is a local symbol in
libiconv; nm gives a 'T' for locale_charset in libcharset.
If I use BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+= l:iconv:iconv:charset, it works fine.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
