Thanks - I'm aware of the place of the proposed change, and its
possible impact.

My reasoning was as follows:

One of the places we all look around this time into a freeze is the
pkgsrc-bulk build mailing lists where the summaries are shown.

If those become corrupted on any platform for any reason, we'd
have to wait for a while - days? - to get decent results.

This is one of the main reasons that we specify that there are to
be no infrastructure changes during the freeze, and it's also why
I see no reason to break our own rules now.
