At least for NetBSD it should rather have "pseudo static" option.
The "zsh" package produces a binary which only uses libraries
from "/lib" and uses "/libexec/ld.elf_so". Such a binary still
works if only the root filesystem is mounted but I18N and nsswitch
still work properly.
