- Compare both tarballs (like diff -pruN) to verify.

- Add DIST_SUBDIR=${PKGNAME_NOREV}

- Run "make makesum"

- Which forces everyone who already downloaded to download again.

- Kindly tell upstream developer(s) to increase version or change filename 
  on any change.

- See the pkgsrc Guide about "How to handle modified distfiles with the 
  'old' name".
