Subject: Apache package names

for the sake of consistency and to allow building of packages for the
various Apache versions, I'd like to rename all ap-* packages to either
ap13-* if they support only Apache 1.3 by reimporting them or to use
a prefix created from apache.mk in the PKGNAME.
E.g. www/ap-php would create ap2-php-4.4.2nb6 when building for Apache
2 and ap13-php-4.4.2nb6 when building for Apache 1.3. www/ap-fastcgi
would be reimported as www/ap13-fastcgi.
Thoughts or objections?
