The above was overlooked, because on NetBSD's native XFree86's Xrender (or 
with xorg-libs) is good enough so this would never be needed with default 
pkgsrc usage.

This is needed when building unmaintained x11/Xrender with 
USE_BUILTIN.renderproto=no.

Xrandr could use the same ... but Xrandr's configure ignores the error so 
never noticed and build completes and installs fine.
