Where should emacs lisp packages store their info files? Looking in
pkgsrc/mk/emacs.mk, there is a variable EMACS_INFOPREFIX which has a
different value depending on whether emacs or xemacs is installed, and
which seems to be the correct location to place all elisp info files.
Is that correct? Should existing elisp packages be fixed to install
into these locations? For example, look at pkgsrc/chat/navi2ch which
hacks the build procedure to force info files to always be installed
into ${PREFIX}/info -- should that be fixed to install into
${EMACS_INFOPREFIX} instead?

	Cheers,
