There are out-of-date descriptions in the pkgsrc web page
http://www.NetBSD.org/Documentation/software/packages.html .

In "What is /etc/mk.conf?" of htdocs/Documentation/software/packages.xml:
> <varname>USA_RESIDENT=NO</varname>

> <varname>USE_RSAREF2=NO</varname>

These variables are obsolete, but I'm not sure how to fix them.
Would anyone please reflect current status to this page?
