segv,

I'm having the same problem right now.. I have also confirmed
${LOCALBASE}/lib/firefox/regchrome does not exist.

Have you found a fix to this problem or are you still using the
official binary package?
Did you run into the following bug during the build,
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D77788 .. and if so what
was your work around?
This was mine, http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bugs/2006/02/22/0010.htm=
l

also, kudos to your pkgsrc on solaris guide.

Jake

SSL for Firefox has been broken on Solaris ever since Firefox-1.5 has been
introduced. Me and someone else have posted about this problem on the maili=

When starting Firefox, a message box is displayed saying that browser secur=

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with Firefox on Solaris?? I
downloaded a pre-built Firefox-1.5 binary for Solaris from Mozilla's websit=
e,
which works fine. So maybe it's something that pkgsrc does that breaks thin=
gs
on Solaris??
