Probably not, because the postfix command does not allow to be run as
a set-uid process, and NetBSD's /sbin/shutdown is mode 4554,
root:operator. Thus, if an operator shuts the system down, postfix
would complain and abort. So it's probably better to not add a shutdown
keyword...
