Hello,

I just noticed that some files installed to ${LOCALBASE} have the wrong
owner/group: it's the user who built the package (instead of probably
root:wheel). These files are all from the databases/db4 package:

	bin/db4_deadlock

	bin/db4_load

	lib/libdb4_cxx.a

Other files from the db4 package and files from all other packages
seem to have correct owners/groups. Any idea what databases/db4 is
doing wrong?
