Currently devel/gettext/Makefile has the following line:

 ${INSTALL_DATA_DIR} ${PKGMANDIR}/man1

I think this is wrong, could somebody fix it please. Below is how I think it
should look like:

 ${INSTALL_DATA_DIR} ${PREFIX}/${PKGMANDIR}/man1
