expat 1.95.8, which I currently have installed, has soname

    libexpat.so.0.5.0

However, expat 2.0.0 now in pkgsrc has

    libexpat.so.1.5.0

This means that the BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED in expat/buildlink3.mk should be
updated to be ">=2.0.0", and dependencies need a PKGREVISION bump.
