Hi,

gimp24 should be called gimp23 and not gimp24. I expect to get a 2.4.x
if i want to install gimp24 and not a 2.3.x.

Even better it should be call gimp-devel to prevent the idea that this
is a stable version. And no, changing DESCR is not enough.
