Bootstrap/bootstrap for IRIX has
configargs="--with-machine_arch=mipseb"

It looks like configargs is no longer used anywhere in the script.
Moreover, it appears that the bmake boot-strap no longer pays attention
to a --with-machine_arch switch.
Can anyone confirm that?
