I didn't find much prior art for this in pkgsrc; some packages use
${PREFIX}/share/${PKGBASE}/contrib; ${PREFIX}/share/bogofilter/contrib
sounds fine to me.

If they are contributions of the example configuration kind,
${PREFIX}/share/examples/bogofilter{,/contrib} would be better.
