Well, just assume a package uses some parametres, no matter what
exactly. Some. And there are even some more, which are not turned on by
default.

Then, customize the package.

If you need to be sure that option "foo" is presented, add it; if you
dislike option "bar", remove it:

	PKG_OPTIONS.package=	foo -bar

Rest left as is. As for me, seems good enough.
