Why do we have two runs for an pkgsrc cvs update on the same day?

And it seems for me that the cvs options are even different for both
runs, because the first one send to source@netbsd.org (current-users)
has the ? files in its output where the one send to this list doesn't
have it. Also note the different update progress information "U" vs. "P".
