Hi.

I'll commit update of Ruby related pacakge from 2nd Nov (since I have
enough time at the day).

1. Ruby is updated to 1.8.3.  This is 1.8.3 plus several fixes.

2. ruby-dbm, ruby-digest and ruby-openssl packages are merged to
   ruby18-base.

3. Other ruby based packages will be updated including Ruby rails related.

4. After that, I'll delete Ruby 1.6.8 support, it is time to retire.
