The IMAKE_MAN_SOURCE_PATH is the setting as defined by the system's own
imake config .cf files.

I have experimented with this some, but it is inconsistent between
operating systems.

Maybe we could have some pkgsrc.cf override file for
ManPath, MANSOURCEPATH, or related.

In the few problems I saw (packages that I use), I just used a do-install
target to do the installation.

Any thoughts on how this can be done would be appreciated. (I will be slow
to email over next week though.)
