lintpkgsrc which comes as a part of pkgtools/pkglint should help you out
here. Perhaps something like:
lintpkgsrc -P /usr/pkgsrc -M /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles -o -r
You should have a look at lintpkgsrc(1) before running this to make sure
it's what you want to do.
This will remove files from your distfiles dir.
