I am not seeing the errors myself.

Copying /usr/pkgsrc/mk/defaults/obsolete.mk over /etc/mk.conf  is not 
needed. Just remove your /etc/mk.conf if you don't have any personal 
customizations. Also don't copy /usr/pkgsrc/mk/defaults/mk.conf over your 
/etc/mk.conf.
