tech-pkg: Eclipse builds but won't run

hi list,

I have built eclipse 3.0.1 on NetBSD 3.99.7. All went fine.
However when i run it i get the following:

./eclipse: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot enable 
executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

Anyone have any ideas?
