I'm doing yet another attempt at packaging k3b (a CD/DVD authoring suite
for KDE), and one of the problems I'm facing is that it's using 
statfs. Statfs has been deprecated in favour of statvfs at some point - but
AFAIK it's only available in -current. So, my patch should only be applied when
running "-current after april 18th 2004". 

How do I go about doing this?
