It would be really nice if someone would go and develop a decent notion to 
indicate some "this pkg needs rebuild for some weird reason outside the 
pkg" action, which is not what PKG(!)REVISION is intended for.

(And if it's only to add another variable, which gets added to PKGREVISION 
and is then tacked on after the "nb"; should be trivial enough to stop 
this abuse).
