Greetings,

x11/xfce4-utils needs x11/xfce4-mcs-plugins, which needs
x11/xfce4-mcs-manager, which needs x11/libxcfe4bui, which needs
databases/dbh, so I conclude, dbh is buildlink3'ed. :)

In other words, I can't reproduce the problem. :)
