Seems to me flagging it, by a mechanism analogous to that for controversial
licenses, is a sufficient solution.  Enables local policy to determine if
that kind of software is wanted, discourages wars over whether software-I'm-
philosophically-opposed-to-for-reason-X-should-be-removed-from-pkgsrc.
