Does perl work?  On AIX 4.3.3 I am able to build it, but it segfaults with
taint, and on a few other tests.

Any luck building c++ from pkgsrc?  I still get the infinate loop in
libstdc++-v3 running configure over and over, even with bash as CONFIG_SHELL.
