The file served by our ftp server is:

 -rw-rw-r--  1 hubertf  netbsd  23468464 Jan 13 00:00 /ftp/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2

$ sha1 /ftp/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2
SHA1 (/ftp/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2) = f7aa7c7767c84479e061f2eae9227cb5b0f135f7

This is the same as in editors/abiword/distinfo revision 1.33

SHA1 (abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2) = f7aa7c7767c84479e061f2eae9227cb5b0f135f7
Size (abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2) = 23468464 bytes

Can you retrieve
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/abiword-2.2.3.tar.bz2
and unextract both of your different abiword-2.2.3 tar balls and then do a
"diff -pruN" on both of the directories to see what is different?

Maybe you have a trojaned copy :(

I see that make makesum was not done.

Any new files with the abiword-plugins?

bmake print-PLIST | tee PLIST.new
and then compare the PLISTs.

The PLIST needs to be fixed because it has hard-coded AbiWord-2.2 also.
