kind of, i will probably use pkg_install (src/usr.sbin/pkg_install) code 
for all package administration tasks

You may want to have a look at the very beginning look i'm giving it:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@gcu.info:/cvs login
passwd: anoncvs
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@gcu.info:/cvs co pkgselect

be warned, this is very basic stuff, just to show what it will look like, 
the "install" button is only decorative and DESCR viewer is broken.
