Can we install the openssl passwd.1 manpage with a different name?

(It conflicts with the real passwd.1 for the real passwd(1) installed on
some of my systems.)

Debian and Suse Linux installs it as passwd.1ssl. Also, installs
others as 1ssl (other than openssl(1) though).

I am not sure how to access them with man under Linux though except by
using full path, like: "man /usr/share/man/man1/passwd.1ssl.gz".

Several of these section 1 manpages are not even tools, but options
(sub-commands) to the openssl command.
