In this case, it would probably be better to use the official name
"gimp-help". But it might depend on the following question too:

I was going to mention that the location would be wrong for pkgsrc
installed documentation, but your other posting metioned that these help
files are preformated. Are these files useable with a web browser (or do
they use some gimp/gtk/gnome help viewer like yelp)?
