Yes,
As a slight fan of AIX, I can say as so. 
AIX 5 also runs on IA64 and Apple TiBooks. The latter is IBM internal only, but
employees can pick it up at the company store. :+)
I have also AIX 3.2.3 for Intel. I haven't seen AIX 2 for RT/PC, but I did find 
AIX 1.3 for the IBM PS/2.
