Subject: Recent libtool-base changes break imlib2

The recent changes to devel/libtool-base break graphics/imlib2. The libtool-base
Makefile was altered to add the following configure argument:

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --disable-ltdl-install

As a result, imlib2 cannot find libltdl, and fails to build although it passes the
configure stage.
